Realtors of The Hemmingway Group in Palm Desert have been named among the “Top 200 Real Estate Agents for 2019” by Palm Springs Life magazine. The Hemmingway Group’s CEO, Kathleen Ahlgren and Realtor Jennifer Coffin were both recognized.
Palm Springs Life identifies the top real estate performers through an advanced study and analysis by the independent Colorado-based firm, DataJoe Research. The list serves as a sampling of the top-performing agents in the Valley and is one of the main “go-to references” retained and used by numerous homebuyers.
Kathleen Ahlgren leads The Hemmingway Group, a full-service real estate company specializing in active adult, land, new and existing home sales, marketing management, and Legal/DRE preparation. Ahlgren is a recognized community leader, the recipient of numerous industry awards through the years, and has served as a member of the Building Industry Association of Southern California, Desert Sales and Marketing Council, National Association of Home Builders Women’s Council, and Women’s Leadership Forum. “Out of the many top real estate professionals throughout the Greater Palm Springs area, it is a high honor to be included in the Top 200 this year, listed among such an esteemed group known for first-rate service and practicing the innovative standards that keep our industry consistently moving forward,” she said.
Jennifer Coffin is a multi-faceted eight-year industry veteran specializing in both re-sale and new home sales. She has a strong accounting background and served six years as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Hayward Capital & Sea County Escrow, and is owner/partner of Sunterra Builders, a general construction company.
